Can I get an activity log of the lock usage?
Absolutely! You can access a detailed activity log of all activities from the past six months this feature is available for all our locks . To check the activity, just follow these easy steps:
Open the MyGate App or Smart Devices App.
Tap on Manage Locks and select your lock.
Go to Settings and you can find Access Records.
Tap on Sync and it will take 1–3 minutes to fetch the records of who has been using your lock.
