Need Help With Lock Setup?

Adding your lock to your MyGate account is quick and easy! Just follow the steps below to get your lock up and running. 🔒✨

Step 1: Make sure you've granted Bluetooth and location access to the app so we can configure your lock.

Step 2: Once you've inserted the batteries, your lock will prompt you to “Add Bluetooth to configure the lock.” Follow the prompt!

Step 3: Open the MyGate Smart Devices section and tap on "Add Lock."

Step 4: Select your lock model and color, then tap "Next." You're almost there!

Step 5: The app will automatically search for nearby locks. When your lock appears on the screen, tap "Next."

Step 6: Give your lock a name (e.g., “Main Door,” “Office Cabin,” “Library”) and tap "Next."

Step 7: Final step! The app will confirm the connection to your lock with the details you’ve entered, and your lock is now ready to use! 🔐

Note: While configuring the lock, please make sure the lock is active. To keep the lock active, simply wipe the front panel of the lock on the touch keypad. This will ensure the lock stays responsive throughout the setup process. and reffer the video attached.
