How can I open the door if my lock isn’t responding and I’m stuck outside? Is there a backup option if it loses power?

If your lock battery is dead, no worries! You can easily charge it using the emergency charging C-type USB port located near the keyhole on the front of the lock.

We also recommend keeping a manual key outside your home for unexpected emergencies.
