Can I get an activity log of the lock usage?

Absolutely! You can access a detailed activity log of all activities from the past six months this feature is available for all our locks . To check the activity, just follow these easy steps:

• Open the MyGate App or Smart Devices App.

• Tap on Manage Locks and select your lock.

• Go to Settings and you can find Access Records.

• Tap on Sync and it will take 1–3 minutes to fetch the records of who has been using your lock.
