Can I change the PIN code access for my lock, and can I customize the validity period of the OTP? Additionally, can I unlock the door from inside my home?

If you’ve assigned a custom PIN to a user, make sure you’re near the lock before making changes.
To delete the assigned PIN, just follow the video instructions. You can always create a new PIN later when needed.

✅ Sync the Lock to Apply Changes

     - Open the Settings in the app
    - Scroll down and tap Diagnostics Tool
    - Select ‘Access Sync’ and tap ‘Run’

💡 Syncing ensures your new settings are properly updated on the lock.

🔐 About OTPs

• OTPs are valid for 6 hours from the time they are generated.

• Currently, there’s no option to customize or delete an OTP once it’s created.
