Can I change the PIN code access for my lock, and can I customize the validity period of the OTP? Additionally, can I unlock the door from inside my home?

If you’ve assigned a custom PIN to a user, you can easily edit it from the Key Detail page—just remember to be near the lock.

The OTP is valid for 6 hours from the moment it’s generated, and currently, there’s no option to customize or delete the OTP once it’s created.

And yes, you can unlock the door from inside/outside your home! Just make sure you’re within Bluetooth range of the lock. Enjoy the convenience and security!
