How can I provide the App and Admin access to my family members?
Step 1: Create a User Profile
If the user doesn’t have a profile yet, create one to get started. This can be done by both Mygate app and smart devices app
Step 2: Access the User Profile
Once the profile is created, tap on the user profile. Then look for App Access and tap on it.
Step 3: Enter the User's Phone Number
A dialog box will appear asking for the user's phone number. Please enter the phone number.
Step 4: Choose the Access Validity Period.
- Permanent: Access is granted indefinitely.
- Timed: Set a start and end date (with time) if you want access to be temporary.
Once you’ve made your selection, tap Create App Access
