Need to add a new fingerprint? Learn how to register additional fingerprints
Step 1: Create a User Profile
If the user doesn’t have a profile yet, start by creating one to get everything set up.
Step 2: Access the User Profile
Once the profile is ready, tap on it, then look for Fingerprint in the options and tap on it.
Step 3: Choose the Access Validity Period
Pick the appropriate option based on how you want the access to work:
- Permanent: Access is granted indefinitely.
- Timed: Set a start and end date (with time) for temporary access.
- Recurring: Ideal for daily helpers or staff who need regular access.
After making your selection, tap Next to proceed.
Step 4: Set Up Fingerprint Access
You’ll be taken to the next screen. Tap Start, and follow the instructions to set up the fingerprint. The system will prompt you to scan your fingerprint until the lock confirms with a message like "Input Successful."
Note: If you want to add another finger print for any existing profile.
Step 1: Open the User Profile
Tap on the user profile where you want to add the fingerprint.
Step 2: Tap the Key Symbol
At the bottom-right corner of the screen, you'll see a Key symbol. Tap on it, then select Fingerprint from the options.

Step 4: Set Up the Fingerprint
Tap Next, then follow the on-screen instructions to scan the fingerprint. The system will confirm when the fingerprint is successfully added with a message like "Input Successful."
