How to Delete and Factory Reset Your Mygate Smart Lock on the App
Deleting Your Lock:
Open the MyGate app on your device.
Go to the Settings section.
Find and select the Delete Lock option. (Note: Only the lock super admin can delete the lock.)
The system will generate an OTP. Enter the OTP.
Confirm by selecting Delete Lock in the app.
After deletion, the lock will be ready for a new configuration.
Important: Make sure the lock is active and Bluetooth is turned on while performing this action.
Factory Reset (if needed):
Open the back panel of your lock.
Look for the Reset button.
Use a pen or SIM ejector pin to press the button for 3-5 seconds.
The lock will reset and be ready for a new configuration.
Initial Setup:
If the lock asks for an initial passcode, enter 000000#.
Turn on Bluetooth to complete the lock configuration.
Your lock is now ready to be set up again!
