At Mygate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-day Free Return Policy. You can buy a Mygate Smart Lock, try it for 60 days, and if it doesn’t meet your expectations, return it for a full refund—no questions asked!
Policy Duration:
The 60-Day Free Return Policy is valid for 60 days (2 months) from the date of installation of your Mygate Smart Lock.
Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for the Free Return Policy, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be purchased directly from the official Mygate website (shop.mygate.com) or the Mygate App on or after March 11, 2025.
The lock should be in a condition free of misuse, damage, or excessive wear and tear.
The Smart Lock must be installed and uninstalled by a Mygate authorized partner.
A return request must be made between 30 to 60 days after the product is installed.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
The policy applies only to prepaid orders and does not cover Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases.
How to Initiate a Return:
If you wish to return your Mygate Smart Lock within the 60-day period, follow these steps:
Contact Mygate Customer Support via email at devices@mygate.com.
Include your order details, such as your name, order number, and reason for the return.
Our support team will assist you with the return process and provide a Return Authorization.
Return Inspection and Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria. If the product is in acceptable condition, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Free Pickup and Uninstallation:
Upon approval of your return request, we will arrange free pickup of the Mygate Smart Lock within 72 hours. Our authorized partner will uninstall the lock; however, they are not responsible for reinstalling the old lock or any other new lock.
Liability:
By using this Free Return Policy, you acknowledge that Mygate’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Mygate Smart Lock. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the product.
Exclusions:
This policy does not apply in the following cases:
Products purchased from third-party sellers or other sources outside of the official Mygate website.
Damage resulting from improper installation, neglect, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Return requests made before 30 days of use or after the 60-day return window.
Products that show signs of excessive wear and tear or tampering.
