How do I delete or Modify the User & Access?

🔒 Note: Please perform all actions from the Super Admin profile to ensure proper deletion and syncing of user access.

🔐 How to Delete  Access and User Profile? 

  1. Open the MyGate or MyGate Smart Devices app.

  2. Select your smart lock from the device list.

  3. Go to "User and Access".

  4. Tap on the user profile whose access you want to remove.

  5. Select the specific key (e.g., fingerprint, PIN) you wish to delete.

  6. Make sure your Bluetooth is enabled and wake the lock by waving your hand over the keypad.

  7. On the access details page, tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner and select "Delete".

  8. Once the key is deleted, you can also delete the user profile, if needed.

✅ Repeat these steps for any additional users you want to remove.

🔄 Syncing Access Changes to the Lock : To ensure the lock reflects your recent updates:

  1. Open the app’s Settings menu.

  2. Navigate to the Diagnostics Tool.

  3. Tap on "Access Sync" and select "Run".

💡 This ensures the lock is perfectly in sync with the changes you've made.
