How do I delete or Modify the User Access?
š Steps to Delete User Access
Open the MyGate or MyGate Smart Devices app.
Select your lock from the list.
Tap on "User and Access".
Tap on the user profile whose access you want to delete.
Select the respective key you wish to remove.
Ensure your Bluetooth is turned on and that the lock is active (wave your hand over the keypad to wake it).
On the key access details page, tap the three dots in the top-right corner and select "Delete".

After deleting access, follow these steps to ensure your lock reflects the changes:
Open the Settings menu in the app.
Navigate to the Diagnostics Tool.
Select "Access Sync" and tap "Run".
