How Can I Get Access Records?

Troubleshooting Steps for Syncing Access Records with video.

Step 1: Ensure Latest Versions
- Update your mobile device to the latest operating system.
- Update the MyGate app to the latest version.

Step 2: Minimize Interruptions

- Avoid interruptions during syncing, such as:
       - Phone calls
       - Responding to messages and Emails
       - Other Bluetooth connections (e.g., AirPods, music speakers)
      - Ensure only your lock is connected to Bluetooth.

Step 3: Prepare Your Lock and App
- Stand near the lock.
- Turn 
ON Bluetooth.
Wipe the front panel of the lock to ensure it's active.
- Open the MyGate app.

Step 4: Calibrate Lock Clock
- Go to Settings in the app.
- Navigate to the
 Diagnostics Tool.
- Find 
Lock Clock and tap on it.
- Select 
Calibrate Time.

Step 5: Back to settings
- Look for  Access Records and Tap Sync.
- Ensure
 no interruptions occur during the sync process.
