What happens if the RFID card is lost or stolen?

If your RFID card is lost or stolen, follow these steps to revoke access:

• Open the app.

• Tap on “Users & Accesses”.

• Select the user whose access you want to remove.

• Tap on the key you wish to delete.

• Tap the three dots icon in the top right corner and select “Delete Key”.
  
  Note: Make sure you are near the lock while performing this activity. Then, navigate to Settings, find the Diagnostics Tool, and run the Access Run.
