How do I pair the Bluetooth remote unlocking device with my smart lock?

If you are using the MyGate Community App:

1. Open the MyGate App.

2. Tap on the "Manage Locks" icon from the Home Page.

3. Tap on "Users & Accesses".

4. Tap the key icon for the selected user or add a new user.

5. Choose “Door Remote” as the key type.

6. Tap “Next” and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you are using the MyGate Smart Devices App:

1. Open the MyGate Smart Devices App.

2. Tap on the lock you want to add access to.

3. Tap on "Users & Accesses".

4. Tap the key icon for the selected user or add a new user.

5. Choose “Door Remote” as the key type. and Tap “Next” and follow the on-screen instructions. A video attached below. 
   
   Please note: Door Remote option is only available for Super Admin to add.
