Why did my recurring/timed access stop working ?

To fix this issue  simply follow the instructions below steps to fix the 

  1. Open mygate app and Navigate to the user and access section.

  2. Tap on the user profile where you have assigned recurring/timed access.

  3. Check the validity details to see if the access has not expired.

  4. If the access is still valid, go to the settings and open the diagnostic tool:
    - 4.1. Calibrate the lock-clock to ensure it is sync with your phone's time. 
    - 4.2. Run the Access Sync to ensure the access is properly synced and saved to the lock. 
    - 4.3. In case any unidentified keys are displayed, please tap on fix them. Since access was not saved perfectly, the user was unable to access the unlock your lock. Now save the access again with the new timelines

If the access has expired, go ahead and delete the access by tapping the access name (e.g., "Pin/Fingerprint/RFID") and create new access for the profile.

NoteYou should perform the above steps when you are near the lock, and Bluetooth should be turned ON and perform and you should the super Admin to the lock
