Other users can unlock the door remotely via Gateway?

Yes, once the super admin grants a user admin access, they can start experiencing the remote unlock feature, and the user will receive real-time unlock notifications.

Note: In case two or more users try to unlock the door remotely at the same time, there may be a slight delay or the remote unlocking may not work due to multiple instructions being sent simultaneously. We always recommend that only the super admin unlock the door remotely.
