What is your return policy for smart door locks?
Generally, we do not have a return policy for our products, but we prioritize customer satisfaction and accept returns only under the following conditions:
When you receive the lock in a damaged condition.
When you receive the lock in a tampered condition.
When the lock has feasibility or compatibility issues specific to your door.
