How can I update my address or phone number for a MyGate order?

Once the order is shipped, the system does not allow us to make any changes to the address or contact details, as all deliveries are managed by third-party logistics providers. Additionally, for security reasons, all orders are OTP-enabled, which makes it impossible to update contact information after shipment.
