What should I do if the lock is incompatible with my door, and do I get a refund?

If the lock is found to be incompatible with your door, please email us at devices@mygate.com with your door dimensions and the lock serial number (which can be found on the lock box along with the product invoice). Our team will verify the issue and assist you further.

If the product was purchased from Amazon or Flipkart, you will need to place a return request with the marketplace's customer support.
