I am unable to unlock via fingerprint, RF card and Pin. It is not working for anyone.
Check the Lock's Prompt: Listen to the lock’s voice prompt for guidance. If it says "Secure Mode is ON," try unlocking it through the User App or use the Mechanical Key.
Using the MyGate App:
1. Open the MyGate App.
2. Go to Manage Lock and navigate to Settings.
Step 1: Calibrate the Lock Clock : In the Lock Clock option, tap on it and select Calibrate Time to set the correct time on the lock.
Step 2: Sync the Access
2.1: Find the Diagnostics Tool option and tap on it.
2.2: Select Access Sync to sync the accesses you have provided earlier
Fixing Unidentified Keys - If you notice any unidentified keys, tap on Fix It to clear keys that were not successfully accepted by the lock.
