Lock is not accepting the fingerprint of my father or kid or maid? Please assist.

Mygate lock has high accuracy of fingerprint recognition. However we have identified rare cases where in case of children and elderly members the fingerprint recognition is not at its best since due to aging the fingerprint would have not been fully developed or lost. We recommend the use of RFID or number PINs in such cases.
