My wifi is not getting configured. Please assist.

This issue is rare with our smart locks, but if you're facing trouble connecting to Wi-Fi, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you are connecting to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, as our locks do not support 5 GHz networks.

  2. Ensure your app is updated to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play Store.

While configuring Wi-Fi, if you see messages like "Failed to load networks" or "Wi-Fi broken", please:

- Take screenshots or a screen recording of the issue
- Share it with our support team via WhatsApp at 6366359011
