Do I encounter issues during the app setup process?

Lets troublestoot:

1. First, remove the batteries and leave the lock for a cooling period of 3-4 hours.
2. After the cooling period, try logging in with a new phone number to configure the lock.
3. Before doing so, ensure you perform a factory reset (you will find the reset button on the lock’s back panel behind the battery cap) after the cooling period. Once the factory reset is successful, it will prompt you to enter the initialization passcode: 000000#.

Note: Aditionally, make sure your app is updated to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play Store.
