I just changed the batteries to my lock a week ago and it’s already at low battery. Battery is daining fast.

1. Use of Duracell Ultra Batteries: Ensure that you’ve used Duracell Ultra batteries. If so, inspect the battery compartment for any signs of leakage or damage. If you find anything unusual, capture photos and send them to devices@mygate.in for assistance.

2. Wi-Fi Connection Check (for PLUS model):
2.1 For PLUS model locks, veri fy the Wi-Fi connection. If it's not connected, try to reconfigure it.
2.2 Go to SettingsDiagnostics ToolCheck Wi-Fi connection.
2.3 Tap on Reconfigure and select Battery to sync the latest battery percentage.

3. Battery Draining with Wi-Fi Connected (for SE or PRO models with/without Gateway Connection):
3.1 For PLUS or PRO locks: If your lock works fine with Wi-Fi but is still draining the battery too quickly, take a photo of the battery compartment and a screenshot of the Wi-Fi connection screen from the MyGate app.
3.2: For SE or EDGE locks: Please capture a screenshot of the battery percentage from the MyGate app.

4. Important Reminder:
4.1.Ensure that your MyGate app is updated to the latest version.
4.2. Also, make sure that your mobile device is running the most recent version of its operating system.
