Why am I unable to create a new profile or assign access to someone?

Steps:
Open the MyGate app and tap on your lock.
Navigate to Settings > Diagnostics Tool.
Perform the following actions:
Calibrate Time – Syncs the lock clock.
Run Access Sync – Ensures your phone and the lock are properly synced.
Once done, you’ll be ready to create your profile and gain access.
Please note: Ensure you’re performing these steps from the Super Admin profile and are physically near the lock during the process.If the issue persists, please:
Take a screen recording of the process
Capture screenshots of any error messages
Send them via WhatsApp to 6366359011, mentioning: "Issue with user profile and access creation"
