Why am I unable to create a new profile or assign access to someone?

No worries! Let’s fix this together. Just follow these simple steps and video:

Steps:

  1. Open the MyGate app and tap on your lock.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Diagnostics Tool.

  3. Perform the following actions:

    • Calibrate Time – Syncs the lock clock.

    • Run Access Sync – Ensures your phone and the lock are properly synced.

Once done, you’ll be ready to create your profile and gain access.

Please note: Ensure you’re performing these steps from the Super Admin profile and are physically near the lock during the process.If the issue persists, please:

  • Take a screen recording of the process

  • Capture screenshots of any error messages

  • Share it with us or you can send an email to devices@mygate.in with email subject: "Lock accepting the deleted access."
