Facing Issues While Removing a User Profile or Access?

Steps:
Open the MyGate app and go to your lock.
Navigate to Settings > Diagnostics Tool.
Perform the following actions:
Calibrate Time – Sync the lock's clock with your phone's time
Run Access Sync – Sync your App and the lock.
If any unidentified access keys appear, tap "Fix It".
Then, try deleting the user profile or access again.
Note: Ensure you're using the Super Admin profile and are physically near the lock during this process.
If the issue still persists:
Record the screen while performing the steps.
Take screenshots of any error messages.
Send both via WhatsApp to 6366359011 with the message: "Issue with user profile and access Deletion."
