Facing Issues While Removing a User Profile or Access?

No worries, let’s resolve it together. Please follow these steps and Video:

Steps: 

  1. Open the MyGate app and go to your lock.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Diagnostics Tool.

  3. Perform the following actions:

    • Calibrate Time – Sync the lock's clock with your phone's time

    • Run Access Sync – Sync your App and the lock.

    • If any unidentified access keys appear, tap "Fix It".

Then, try deleting the user profile or access again.

Note: Ensure you're using the Super Admin profile and are physically near the lock during this process.

If the issue still persists:

  • Record the screen while performing the steps.

  • Take screenshots of any error messages.

  • Share it with us or you can send an email to devices@mygate.in email subject: "Lock accepting the deleted access."
