Why is the lock not accepting the OTP code?

Steps to Follow:
Open the MyGate app and select your lock.
Go to Settings > Diagnostics Tool.
Perform the following actions:
Sync the lock clock – Match the lock’s time with your phone’s time.
Perform Access Sync – Tap Run.
Generate a new OTP and test it.
Important Note: Make sure you're using the Super Admin profile and are physically close to the lock during these steps.

Quickly create a user profile in the app.
Generate an automatic PIN You can share the access key with your guest for entry and, when you're near the lock, you can delete the profile and access key at any time.
