How do I raise a return request if the technician says the lock is not compatible with my door?

We’re sorry to hear that the door is not suitable for installation. No worries we’re here to help you with the return process. To take the next steps, we just need a couple of quick things from your side.

What we need:
  1. A short video of your door:   A short video of your door (front and back), including the door frame, and showing the door thickness (you can measure it with a tape or scale).

  2. The exact reason the technician-Carpenter gave for why the lock cannot be installed for your door. 

  3. A video of the packed lock box: Before returning, kindly share a video showing the lock and all accessories packed safely inside the original box. This will help ensure you're eligible for a full refund and avoid any issues if something goes missing during the return.
