How often do I need to replace the batteries?
Battery life depends on the model and usage:

• SE & Plus & Edge Models: With Duracell Ultra AA batteries, you can expect a battery life of 4 to 6 months.

• Pro 1.0 Lock Model: Requires 8 AA batteries and typically lasts 3 to 4 months.

• Pro 2.0 Lock Model: Requires 8 AA batteries and typically lasts 6+ months.

Please note that actual battery life may vary based on daily usage and environmental conditions.

How will I know when to replace the batteries?

• App Alerts: The MyGate app will notify you when battery levels drop to 50% and again at 25%.

• Lock Prompts: When the battery goes below 20%, the lock will give a voice alert:
  "Battery is running low, please replace."
