Purchase Policy

At Mygate, we strive to provide a seamless and secure purchasing experience for all our customers. Please review the following guidelines regarding purchases of Mygate Smart Lock products:

  1. Official Payment Channels: All purchases must be completed through Mygate’s authorized payment channels only. These include the Mygate app, official website, Amazon, and Flipkart.

  2. No Direct Payments to Representatives: Customers must not make any payments directly to demo executives or field representatives via personal UPI IDs, bank accounts, or QR codes.
    Mygate is not liable for any loss or dispute arising from such unauthorized transactions.

  3. Order Confirmation: A valid purchase will be confirmed with details sent via email or SMS.
     - If you place your order through Mygate, you will receive an "Order Placed" confirmation directly from us.
    - If you order through Amazon or Flipkart, order details and status can be found under the "My Orders" section on the respective platform.

  4. Product Delivery: Products will be dispatched as per the delivery timeline communicated at the time of purchase. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, logistics issues) will be promptly communicated.

  5. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies, if applicable, will be detailed at the time of purchase and are subject to Mygate’s terms and conditions - 60 Day Return Policy for PP Orders
