Demo Person did not show up at the scheduled time, and I haven’t received any call or update regarding my Demo.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Typically, a member of our team contacts you a day in advance to confirm your demo appointment via WhatsApp and a phone call. Could you please check if you have received a WhatsApp message or a missed call from our side, and try reaching out to them directly for an update?

If they are not responding, please be assured that you will receive a follow-up call from our team within 2–4 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
