Unauthorized Operation – System is Locked!

No worries!

If you see the lock prompt “Unauthorized Operation – System is Locked!”, there’s no need to be concerned.

This message appears when the lock doesn’t accept the input you provided most likely due to incorrect access attempts. As a safety measure, the system will automatically lock for 3 minutes. After that, you can unlock it using the correct access method (PIN, RFID, or fingerprint).

If you’d like to unlock it immediately, open the app, select your lock, and tap “Unlock”. You can also run the Diagnostic Tool in the app to identify and fix any unrecognized keyy
