The doorbell isn’t ringing or alerting me. What can I do?

Make sure:

  • Your internet is working.

  • The blue light on your doorbell is steady.

  • Quiet Mode is off.

  • The chime isn’t muted in audio settings.

  • Notifications are turned on.

If everything seems fine and it still doesn’t work, message our support and raise a ticket and rest we will take care.
