My Video doorbell won’t connect to Wi-Fi. How do I fix it?

1. Make sure you’re using a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (not 5G).

2. Hold the QR code shown on your app in front of the doorbell camera exactly as shown on the app instructions.
