How do I reset my Video Doorbell ?

1. Find the small reset button on the back of the doorbell.

2. Press and hold it for about 2 seconds.

3. When you hear a voice say “Factory resetting the VDB,” let go of the button.

4. Wait about 5 seconds until you hear “Welcome to Mygate Doorbell.”

5. Look at the front of the doorbell light should start blinking.

6. Open the Mygate app on your phone to connect the doorbell again.
