How do I reconnect my doorbell after changing my Wi-Fi?

Use a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, as the doorbell doesn’t support 5 GHz networks. Also, make sure to update both the app and your mobile device to the latest versions.

To reconnect your doorbell:

  1. Open the MyGate app and go to your doorbell’s settings.

  2. Tap “Update Wi-Fi.”

  3. Follow the step-by-step instructions in the app to reconnect your doorbell.
