Why are my OTP, PIN, or fingerprint methods failing to unlock the door?

If you are facing any issues with OTP unlocking, fingerprint access, or PIN access, do not worry. This usually means that your instructions or recent changes were not fully synced to the lock.

You can easily fix this by running a simple Diagnostics Tool activity. Once the diagnostics tool run successfully, your lock will sync with all your latest updates.

Please watch the video as and follow the steps to run the Diagnostics Tool and sync your lock with the most recent changes.

Note: You should perform the above steps when you are near the lock, and Bluetooth should be turned ON and perform and you should the super Admin to the lock. 

Note:We recommend that whenever you make any changes to the lock settings, you should run the Diagnostics Tool both before and after applying your changes.
