Can I get duplicate physical keys?

MyGate does not keep any duplicate keys. Once a lock has been sold, all the keys are handed over to the lock owner. If you have lost one of your keys, you can contact a local key maker. If you have lost all the keys, you can email us at devices@mygate.in and request a replacement of the manual key cylinder, which would be chargeable (As per market standards).
