How can I unlock my MyGate Smart Lock using my phone?

All MyGate Smart Locks support convenient app-based unlocking. You can unlock your door in three ways:

1. Bluetooth Unlocking: Open the My Locks section in the MyGate app or MyGate Smart Devices app and tap “Tap to Unlock.” Make sure you are near the lock, as this feature works via Bluetooth.

2. OTP Unlocking: If you are away from home and want someone else to unlock your door, generate an OTP through the MyGate or MyGate Smart Devices app and share it with them to unlock the door.

3. Remote Unlocking: For remote unlocking from anywhere, pair your lock with a MyGate Wi-Fi Gateway, available separately. This feature requires an active internet connection.

These options let you unlock your door conveniently, whether you are nearby or away from home.
