How to Change Super Admin for the lock?

Want to change the super admin for your lock? It’s super easy! 🔄

Just open the MyGate app, go to Lock Settings, and select Delete Lock. This will let you set up a new super admin.

Steps to follow: When changing the super admin, an OTP will be sent to the current super admin’s number.

- Enter the OTP
- Confirm the deletion
- Reconfigure the lock with the new super admin

Important: Make sure you perform this activity while standing near the lock and within Bluetooth range for it to work properly.

To reconfigure, just click on the option that says “Click here to configure as a new lock” and you’re all set!
