Why am I not receiving notifications from my door sensor?
If you are not getting notifications, check the following:
1. Make sure you have an active internet connection and that the Wi-Fi gateway is connected.
2. Check whether the notifications are not turned off from “Notification settings” of the lock.
3. Check that the alignment of the sensor parts on the door panels is placed correctly. If you are still not getting notifications.
